Is it normal that i still live with my parents?

So I'm 22 and attending University, but I still live at home... No job, don't really know anybody yet at my new school so I feel incredibly lame. Pretty much all I do on the weekends is occassionally hang out with my brother in law and smoke weed. Kinda feels shitty that I don't have any bro's of my own, let alone a girlfriend to bang. I'm also kinda shy till I meet people, so it's really hard to make my first few friends... Is this normal or am I just a social mess up?

Well if you're just looking for a girlfriend so you can 'bang' her then you're not going to find one. Unless you want a fifteen year old

You have the chance to save some money and be pampered by your mom - but you destroy your chances of a social life by smoking weed. Stay at home for your comfort but get out there and do something with that opportunity. Other students may be doing their own laundry, cooking, paying bills, working, etc so you've more free time than them to get a life!

  • You need some internal motivation, son. Where's the fire? Where's the passion? What's your vision for life?

Forget the bros and the wenches. Focus on your life's work and everything will follow: Friends, happiness, love, money, etc.

it's all because of the weed. the route of any
and everything bad stems from drugs.

  • Leave when you're ready to leave. Be happy your parents didn't kick you out when you became an adult like so many people out there.

I think it's normal as long as you don't get too comfortable.

Starting in a new place is hard for anyone. You will get used to it, but it might take some time. Just be patient and try not to worry so much! :) As far as the living at home when you're 22 part, I think as long as you are still in school it should be fine. But once you are out and have a career, you should feel obligated to move out.

I am actually in the same boat as you. I am 19, and live at home bc my college is really close. All of my old friends left to other colleges around the country and I find it hard to make friends at this place. But at least I am trying.

And smoking weed is good for you... dont listen to this biches.
