Is it normal that i still like my step brother ?

So my brother was my step brothers best friend when they were younger . And before our parents got married me and my step brother were in a secret relationship. Every time we would go “ hangout “ we would go in his room and make out or cuddle or whatevs . That was about 6 years ago . Now he’s only here on the weekends but i still haven’t lost feelings . But at times it seems like niether has he but he probably has . He has girlfriends but he treats me like I’m his gf haha we cuddle and play fight and tease each other and stuff . We don’t act like brother and sister we act like best friends . Today he was moving the hair out of my face and giving me a bunch of hugs n stuff . It’s hard to explain . He said he’s only a certain way with me bc he feels like anyone else would judge him . We have this thing where we touch each other’s sides or love handles and yell croissants haha but I’m still In love with him . Is that a bad thing ? Is that normal???
