We were together fo like six months then i got pregnant and had a little boy after that we broke up he went on with his life and had a child with another woman but since he was away i still hope and dream that he will come back to me one day is it normal to have these feelings even when you know that it will never work?
sure it is normal but i think you should move on and find someone that will really support you after all going back to an old partner is like getting back you old car same problems bigger milleage :D
I see it as normal, but a big dent on whatever integrity that the man has.
It's sad that there are men out there that see their kids as dispensable. He's going to be a lonely fucker when he hits age, and he's going to be staring his mortality in the face, wondering why he was so stupid to ditch his kids because now, he has no one to bring him quarters for the vending machine at his shitty, government funded retirement home. Chances are, if he is willing to abandon you he would be willing to abandon his new girlfriend. When the going gets tough, the weak run and hide. Over and over again.
There are real men out there. If you're of good heart and good character you'll find one one day, just keep living, do whats best for your son and try not to think so much about about it.
You know he's no good, this is just a little fantasy - playing happy families.
If he does come back at any time, please don't fall for his lies.
Toughen up now and dream of someone else.
