Hey everyone, I am just wondering if anyone else has ever felt the way I do? I have this ex boyfriend i dated 3 years ago. we go to the same school & we are now seniors. we really have not talked for 3 years. yet, i see him every day at school. and i STILL have feelings for him. is that normal? why would i have feelings for someone i hardly know anymore? when i go to lunch or to an assembly he is the first person i look for. i just miss him and want him so bad. but i don't know why.

and now we are going off to college soon and i know i will probably never see him again so i just want to forget him but i'm scared i will compare every guy to him. i haven't had feelings for another guy since i met him.

is this normal or am i completely insane and delusional?

    Totally normal but you should try getting over him. Maybe the attraction is caused by some unfinished bussiness with him? Maybe you still feel like you have something to tell him? Maybe there's no sense of closure, like you didn't get the last 5 minutes of movie with you and him?

    Alternatively you could just talk to him. There's a chance he feels the same. You'll regret it if you don't and you're always will be living with some sort of idea in your head what might have been.

    Its totally normal, but even though you guys are going your seperate ways it wouldnt hurt to talk to him

    I know how you feel. I have an ex that i really like and recently started liking. He is funny and sweet. I miss him. We go to the same school so he is hard to forget.

    Separation will help you get over it--right now it's hard because even though you don't speak to each other, you still see him all the time.
