      I had a clavical fixation. I broke my collar bone. It was the 8th time ive had orthopedic surgery. This one grounded me. Flu like symtoms. Dizziness, bad tingling in my lower legs and and an inability to process my thoughts. Its getting hard to get up everyday faced with this sickness. I feel helpless. Saw my doc again yesterday after having the hardware removed. Still no signs of improvment. He thinks its a mental illness. So im off to a shrink. It started litterally the day after my first clavical surgery, may 6 2011. Does surgery commonlly bring on a mental illness? I question this diagnosis
