Is it normal that i still feel 'fat' ?

Right now I'm at 5'8 and weighting 232.5 . I used to weight 283 back in august, but I still feel like I need to lose more weight . I have been exercising and weight training; and people say I look great . I still feel fat though . Is this normal ?

  • 50 lbs is alot of weight to lose. But you are still a bit of a fatty, keep up the exercising and once you reach the goal weight keep exercising or the weight is just gonna come back.

Good job on losing weight! Id say you should lose another 100 pounds though, I'm 5'9 and I weigh 125. That's assuming your a girl, if your a guy you should lose 50 pounds more ish, muscle weighs more then fat.

Looking at the standard BMI you are 10lbs below the minimum healthy weight. A BMI lower than 20 can lead to osteoporosis for women but higher than 25 is not too good either.

Your ideal weight at 5'92 for a girl is between 135lbs - 169lbs.

Congrats on losing a lot of weight! 50 pounds is something to be proud of. You're still on the heavy side though.

I'm 6'7 and I weigh 225lbs. So either you need to lose more weight or you need to gain some length

You're still overweight for your height. Keep doing your thing and you will continue to lose weight!

Then your probably not very fat, obviously height isn't everything but I'm only mildly husky and I'm only 23 lbs less than you.

I started hittin the gym recently too, depending on how much muscle mass u add and your frame guys our height are in peak physical condition between 155-170 lbs.

It's good to fear fat. It keeps you on the straight and narrow (literally!)
