Our long term relationship ended 2.5 months ago. I still dream about him and get very distressed when he messages me.

We share a property and until that is settled and divided I want to remain civil.

Is it normal that I still dream about him? Will this go on until he stops messaging me? I don't reply to most of his messages. I only reply to the ones related to the property and it's division....

    I occasionally dream of one who became an ex over 5 years ago... Not sure how that works :/
