Is it normal that i stay up till 2:00 and get up and 7:00

I have a really bad habit of staying up late. I'm getting pissed at myself because i have school that morning. Is this normal.

    It's normal/common, I strugle with it too. But it's not healthy, maybe try some sleeping pills (ofcourse only after a docter approves)

    Yes its normal most people do it. It is however not a good thing to be doing. Eventually it will catch up with you and you'll end up really tired! So I suggest you try and get a good nights sleep every once in a while :)

    Yes it's normal. Sometimes I find that the later I fall asleep, the earlier I wake up... and that's because I fell asleep so late that my sleep pattern was disturbed and I never really was getting a good night's sleep. It's not a very healthy lifestyle though, so try going to bed earlier. You'll feel ten times better if you've had a full night's rest.

    With only 5 hours of sleep I want to know why ur not shiet tired and fall asleep early that way. But its normal. I do that but wake up around 10 or 11 am. Be sure to get enough sleep or it'll catch up to you health wise in the long run.
