^^^^uhm excuse me but if there isn't a heaven that means there's no hell so how and where would you go if you die? And death is a scary thought, but embrace it. When you die, if you believe in Jesus, you'll just be even closer to him.

  • Are you like 10-12? Kuz that happens a TON to me. I kinda outgrew that but it's so damn freaky. I'm an atheist so fuck heaven. No such thing. What is death. Are we reborn in like a pool of spearits or sumpthin? Confusing to me but it happens a lot. It's normal man.

Go to a Mental Health Institution. They'll give you a prescription for whatever it is they think you'll need and you'll talk in group therapy with people like you.

Alright, Edgar Allan Poe, it sounds to me like you have some sort of anxiety disorder, but I'm no doctor.

To answer your question though: no, it isn't normal.

    Please, somehow, calm down.

Oh yeah, and a lot of time's in order to accept death the understanding part of death must come first. I think a psychologist of some sort can help you figure out the step's you need to take on how to go about by doing that. Good luck!

I think that one of the prime reasons why people sometime's can be scared of death is, because they don't fully understand death. Death can be something very hard to accept, but in order to live life, we need to. But you can't live each day worrisomely. It will eventually eat you up alive, and make you sick. It's not normal that you stay awake at night with death on your mind. Death is a fact of life, but when you find yourself overthinking it, you will be preventing yourself from living with the precious time you do have. Look at it this way, life is a beautiful thing to have. You should concentrate mainly on how lucky you are to have such a great privilege to be here. I mean, sometime's it's normal to think about death, but you can't let death run your life. The best thing you could probably do for yourself is, speak to a psychologist. Right now, you're only letting good time waste away in worry.
