Is it normal that i start crying when i laugh?

Sometimes I find myself in a 'laughing mood' where I find everything funny. Then I start laughing uncontrollably and suddenly start crying. Not just tears of laughter, but full on sobbing. This usually leaves me really confused and embarrassed as it's happened infront of people as well.

    sounds like something else is going on in your life. would you say youre always anxious or worried? stress can make you do things. how long have you been doing this?
