    Is it normal, yes. Remember, your sister is a human female and your body will react to that, especially if you are going through puberty.
    Now with that said, recording her is going to get you into trouble. Not only is recording her, without her knowledge, illegal.... If she is under the age of 18 it's called child pornography.
