Is it normal that i spit when i sleep

Okay, so about a month ago I was sleeping and I woke up to myself spitting on my face. I would wipe it off and go back to sleep because I was still asleep kind of. But I just thought it was a one time thing. A few nights ago I did it gain. I'll like spit onto my chin. Is this normal? Or is my dream making me do it or something?

    I do it too! I spit on my pillow on ocassion. It's from whatever you are dreaming.

    Place a mixing bowl full of dried fruit at the side of your bed, tie a towel around your neck and this will cure the problem.
