Is it normal that i sometimes smell even without sweating?

So sometimes in the winter I smell bad like B.O and I don't even sweat. Winter used to be my favorite time of year because I don't sweat but now it's my least. So is it normal that I sometimes smell in the winter even without sweating?

    ^^^both of the above^^^^ Sometimes, you're system is simply full of toxins (in food, medication), and it is released through your sweat.

    shave your armpits. the bacterias are in the hair.

    Do you take regular showers? Do you use deoderant? If you have all of the normal hygene routines ask your doctor.
