that's like when you have two mirrors and you can see it reflected and there are more and more and more mirrors getting smaller and smaller, because dream that you know is a dream that your dreaming about, could be a dream that you know is a dream etc. etc. etc.
you're lucky, for me it is I have dream that I don't know it is a dream and in that I a lucid dream, frankly it sucks and is not a real lucid dream.
I know exactly what you mean-- dreaming about dreaming, and in each dream you know you're dreaming... did i clear that up? That happens to me all the time, don't worry.
Read The Art of Dreaming by Carlos Castaneda. What you experienced is described as passing through the Second Gate of Dreaming according to the Indian shaman Don Juan Matus. You're lucky! This seems to come naturally to you!
I went out and bought a copy of that book. I was really interested and at first I was hooked, but I just don't buy it. This Don Juan guy... I don't know about him lol. Anyway, I did give my copy to someone who does astral projection after I was finished. Maybe it will help him.
that is REALLY complicated. my head hurts now. I've never heard of that before, so it might not be very common.
