Is it normal that i sometimes get erections when angry?

Pretty much in the title. Sometimes when I get super pissed at something and can't yell, I get an erection. For example, if I'm in class and something is pissing me off, I obviously can't get up and scream, I'm in class...So, Mr. Anaconda just rises. Normal means it happens to other people too...
