Is it normal that i sneeze when i pluck my eyebrows?

Hi =)
Not something I personally suffer from, but I have noticed it recurring amongst me gal pals... =P
The question;

Is it normal that I sneeze when I pluck my eyebrows?

This strikes me as odd, and I would simply like to know how common this might be, does this predicament affect you poor high-maintenance girls, (and boys), world-over?
Have you heard of it or experienced it?
Is there a method to avoid it?

And more interestingly; what is the rediculous scientific explanation for this phenomenon?
Nervous system triggering spasms etc...?
