I always sleep with my bra on and the other day my cousin told me that she didn't sleep with her bra on and she thought I was weird. I honestly thought this was a normal thing, because both of my sisters sleeps withe their bra on.
I sleep with my bra on too! I get scared that my boobies will get saggy if I don't keep them in the right position! Plus, I feel naked without one....even if I have a shirt or whatever else on. LOL
I can't believe I just said that!! D:
I've never had any girlfriends who slept with their bras on, they all removed them. My wife does not sleep in hers either. I would think it would be uncomfortable.
I sleep with mine on too. Mostly because i'm scared of them getting saggy, and so far its working, i'm 23.
It's like I've got dependent on it or something, I feel weird when I don't sleep with my bra on :p
I can never find a comfortable bra to do this with. Terrible underwire digging into my sides. Metal circles connected to the strap digging into my back. Too loose and I get quadra boob, or fall out entirely.
I'm a 34dd. I have a nightmarish time bra and swimwear shopping.
I'm also terribly afraid of sagging. So far they are still perky... But for how long?

I will if I'm sleeping at a friends but the bra has to be comfy or I'll just take it off I'm an a/b though so I'm small so I can wear a tshirt and u can't tell unless u no
My gf does, it's not meant to be good for you though, i try and encourage her to take it off (and no not just for sexual reasons lol)
It may or may not be normal but stop it now. Google the facts - you are far more likely to develop breast cancer if you sleep in a bra. You should let your breasts go bra-free for a good length of time every day. One of the sexiest things for me is a bra-free girl - and not too big either.
I only just found out how liberating it is to be butt ass naked! Usually I end up taking it off at some point, so my answer is no. Gotta admit though this post did encourage me to put a bra on since I'm slouching. Gravity will never defeat me
What I heard years ago is that it's bad to sleep with your bra on. So I almost never sleep with one on. Plus it's just uncomfortable and I'm a 38C
Normally no.... however in certain circumstances I will.
Such as when I'm staying at my sister's cottage and there's teenaged boys around.
Or when I was in the Navy and was expecting to have a "man overboard" drill. My second ship had a habit of scheduling them for mid afternoon when we pulled out of port, so I'd often prepare for it by sleeping with a bra on. ... mainly because when they do a "man overboard" (drill or for real) everyone on board has to report to their assigned station (unless they're standing watch) to account for all personnel.
So having a bra on in the first place helped preserve modesty. that and sleeping wearing hospital scrubs.
I've always slept with a bra on; it's more comfortable and I feel exposed without one. Besides then I wouldn't have to put one on in the morning.
What about all the sweat that accumulates during the night? Change your bra at least.
I never sweat during the night.. it really depends on the person. And I've never had any problems with 'germs', fungus growing or irritaion so obviously things would have changed if that happened but it doesn't.
And there's no point changing my bra right before a shower.
Sweat accumulation? Its always nice and cool at my house. And I live in Miami. But yeah, either way, she should probably change her bra.
I do most of the time. Some people have told me it was weird that I did it too. It's more comfy without but I'm just too lazy to take it off. xD.
