Is it normal that i seek much bigger things that are not even close?

I'm very passionate about good life and success, I'm not one of the lucky ones with silver spoons in their mouths from day one! Instead I'm one from those who would be categorised as Servent's child. Having had that background I see my self up there with the dignitories and Kings and Queens if you can ever imagine. Such as high, now problem is « I must work my way up there all by my self and I have no intentions to settle where I am. Now my problem is, I'm alone on this battle as all my family found peace with our situation. Is it normal that one person in a big familly tree seeks what the rest of the family proved to be impossible to reach! Is it normal or not? Imagine Deep poverty (no proper shelter can't even maintain monthly Groceries)versus the Royal Queen of England. Those are the are the extremes I'm operating from.

    Good for you. I hope you get there. Its good that you realize that just because your family accepted it doesn't mean you have to. Maybe you'll give them some hope or motivation in the process.
