Unlike rap and hip hop which is all about drugs, gangs, ho’es, pimps and violence. Country music is the only music genre that is conservative to America’s values because you don’t hear about beating women, getting wasted or being a criminal.

Country is also frequently religious and sings about God and the Christian influence on a person’s life. That’s what made America great. Rap is destroying this country and the Democrat candidates for President meet with scum like Cardi B and Beyoncé who are vulgar, trashy and drug addicted.

In addition, the white girls who date black guys are likely Democrats who listen to rap and hip hop all the time because they exclusively seek guys who fit that stereotype. I’m not a racist, just stating the facts. Wake up America!

    Radio country is appalling. I'm not saying anything else on the radio is much better. But this whole post is ridiculous.

            Nope, I'm referring to the song Avalanche.

            I was unaware of any allegations of sexual abuse until just now. I read the Wikipedia article on it, and I will never understand why people report the abuse to the church authorities rather than simply reporting it to police. I don't think that people should treat abuse by trusted professionals regardless of whether they are members of of the clergy, school teachers, coaches, medical professionals, or family members any differently than they would if it were a stranger. I wish all sex offenders were in jail where they belong.

              Well I'll never understand why so called religious people sexually abuse children! I do know why members of church hierarchies don't report it: because they're protecting themselves and their mates and their privileged lives.

              There are many reasons why people (especially children) don't report to the police: for example, trusting the church, not being believed by their families, shame, fear .... You think it's "simple" for a child to report sexual abuse by a trusted adult to the police?

              In Melbourne a cardinal has recently been convicted of historical sexual abuse of two choir boys in the fucking cathedral! There's also the female former principal of an extreme Orthodox Jewish girls' school hiding out in Israel to avoid extradition on numerous child sexual abuse charges. This has been going on in ALL religious organisations FOR EVER and in very many cases cops were complicit in doing nothing about it.

              Check out the movie "Spotlight" and keep watching at the end of the credits for the list of church child sex abuse cases all over the world.

    I don't think that asking if you're "normal" because you see country music as the only good genre of music, is quite the way to put it. Because you wouldn't be abnormal if you didn't think that, would you? No. You wouldn't.

    The current, modern "Billboard Music Charts" country music, is mostly garbage. Crap like what Thomas Rhett churns out. Pop, PC, political... Just a bunch of crap.

    There are a few good "back to the roots" country musicians today. Josh Turner. Dierks Bentley, Chris Stapleton, Carrie Underwood, Kacey Musgraves, Blake Shelton, Some of Luke Bryan, even Kane. But country today just don't exist like it did 20 years ago or later. Go way back for REAL country. Hank Williams Willie Nelson, Loretta Lynn, Conway Twitty, Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash....to name only a few. The likes of those people, THAT'S country music.

    Go back in time when country was COUNTRY, then yes, in today's world of mostly garbage modern pop music, country truly is the best genre. And you're not normal for thinking so. You're INTELLIGENT for thinking so!

    We all find out little niches with music. My favorite type was electronica music from 2007-2014. Electronica now doesnt give a crap about orgasmic beats and rhythms just what famous person can you get to sing the chorus.

    I've noticed that with pop music getting dirtier and more profane/inappropriate, most public places I walk into anymore have either oldies or country playing. I don't really listen to pop, but when I've heard it playing, it seems that there's always sexual innuendo or profanity in it these days. It seems that when it comes to modern mainstream music, country might be the only genre that's more likely to be appropriate and clean.

    However, for me, I am really not a country fan at all. Growing up in a country-loving family, I had to hear the same country hits that were popular at the time over and over on the car radio, especially on long road trips to see out of state family, when the stations would repeat the same songs after awhile. Because of that, I think I've about had my fill of country for a lifetime.

    I've noticed too that when I see CMT playing on a waiting room TV, that today's country is not really even country anymore, but laid back pop more than anything.

    What about that country/hip hop and country/rap crap? I think that stuff is about as ridiculous as it gets.
