Is it normal that i see confetti when im angry?

ok so whenever i get really angry i usually just go to my room and scream in a pillow or something. and when i finally settle down i feel reall really lax and calm. but then i start to see these little silver slivers of what looks like confettie fall down everywhere. its so strange. its like in those cartoons where they get hit in the head and see stars. what is this?

    It could be visual migraine. If it persists and affects you life or job performance go see a neuologist. Also do a few days of recording you blood presurre and bring those numbers with you and make an apointment with your regular provider.

    Dude it's perfectly normal it's brain cells being destroyed. Your fine just try not to get too angry because you might pass out.

    I don't think it's normal as in it happens to everybody but I think it's normal in the fact that people had it happen to them before.

    Ive gotten this twice in my life. I did a lot of research online because it freaked me the hell out! Theres a few issues it could be.... Stress, migraine, blood pressure, heart rate, optical nerve, or a lot of sites I looked up talked about some plasma like liquid in the eye that causes an appearance of sparkles...very strange. But if it happens to you a lot, go to your eye Doc.
