Is it normal that i see chess moves irl?

Is it normal if I see people as chess pieces? I see the people as a certain piece and notice that the person that is next to them as another piece... Ex. I see my friend (friend A) sitting to the left of me and another friend (friend B) sitting across a table in front of my friend to my left. I see myself as a knight, friend A as a rook and friend B as a bishop... The positions of people make me see chess relations?
