At the extent you scratch yourself, for example until you bleed; sounds like Schizophrenia isn't just something you have, but the cause of your behavior. Scratching yourself, (or even cutting yourself), can become a dangerously obsessive habit used to feel secure or cope with stressful situations. The only problem with self inflicted injuries is that sometimes you can go too far (whether it is scratching or cutting), fatally, but usually on accident. Schizophrenia can cause tension, paranoia, lack of sleep or emotion, strange behavior, anger, and even hallucinations. Even if you haven't experienced a number of these symptoms it is probable quite a few may as well be responsible for the cause. Hope you break this habit and find another way to cope with any problems. Just be very careful, and consult others.
Do you ever wake up with things in your room rearranged, or fully dressed, etc.?
A normal common mental disorder.
Please cut your nails real low.
And keep up with the medication.
You really need someone to tell you scratching till you bleed isn't normal? Ok then, it's not normal.
