Is it normal that i say i love him when it is april fools day

i really want to say love for him, but i don't know how to say. maybe i am worried about that i will be refused by him. it is humiliatory.

So i decide to confess in April Fools Day, even if he refuse my love, i will not be too embarrassed, since i can say it is just a joke.

Good idea?!

    it'd be really funny if u say it and u think he's gonna refuse it but he doesn't and u get so nervous u just shout "april fools day" right when he's saying "i love u" back :P
