Is it normal that i saw something and started laughing and crying???

Okay, Im going to start with the first incident.
This was a few years ago, I was about 15 or 16. My family and I where going on a trip to Destin Flordia, we drove the whole way, about 14 hours of being in a car.
Anyways, when we got to Flordia I saw a chair, it was white and a little worn down, in the median of the road we where driving on. I couldnt help but start laughing and suddenly I started to cry! My family thought I was crazy and I couldnt stop myself until about 5 minutes later!!

Now, today, I was on goggle maps looking at a new town I will be moving to. Ive been super excited about this and I will not lie Ive been pretty stressed. And while I was looking around, on street view, I saw a canoe shop on one side of the road and on the other side was a gas station with a broken canoe in front of it, like on the grass between its parking lot and the road. I showed my mother, Im not sure why but I did, and then started my crazy laughing and crying thing again!!!

Im really thinking this is just stressed related but I dont know?? It seems very strange to me!

    It is called the Pseudobulbar affect. You need to see a doctor.
