Is it normal that i -repeatedly- think others are awful drivers

How the hell did that guy pass his god damned drivers test!? There's almost more shitty drivers than decent ones now. I at least try to follow the laws on the road, but some people either don't give a shit or are completely frigging ignorant. I've seen people get hit by drivers who aren't even looking at the road. But maybe the worst thing on the road that I've experienced is this: I'm stopping at a red light. Waiting on it to change. A car is pulling up on my left. It is a left turn only lane. (American left turn lane) the car doesn't stop. As I look at the driver. . . The dumb cunt was reading a book. She literally missed getting hit by a car going about 65mph by a few feet. Then she hit the car in the opposite turn lane. People like this should NEVER be allowed to drive again.
I don't think I'm the worlds best driver. I know I'm not. I'm only 17 and been driving 1 1/2 years on my license, but I consider myself safe compared to shitbags like the above reader. I forgot to mention this until now - I live in Alaska where the roads are shit in the winter and spring. Anyways - long story short for those that hate reading long posts- is it normal to be in such utter AWE of the stupidity of other drivers?

    It's everyone. We all think the other drivers are either assholes or idiots. Unless they're letting you in during rush hour. Then they're saints.

    Normal. I don't know how I haven't had a stroke yet from my road rage. Especially here in Indiana, I think they teach kids to drive slowly in the left lane. And when you ride their ass, they brake check you.
    People: the left lane is NOT a bullshit around lane. It's a PASSING lane.
    Ugh.
    Just be a good defensive driver, don't get hurt because of the absurd amount of idiots out there. Also be careful on weekend nights, when all the drunks are out.

    Dude, it's so normal becuase it's true! There are stupid drivers! Everytime I"m driving with my family, some jackass...(Sorry had to use the term, lol) gets hit by someone idot becuase they were driving wrong! It's normal to think these fried heads drive wrong cause they do! My dad always told me and my brother, "I don't know how these people got their drivers permit driving like this!" He was right too! So yeah it's normal to think these idots drive like dummies! LOL

    I'm like this too. I hate when people ignore rules of the road. I mean IRS a safety issue and most drivers don't even care

    Yes, there are too many dangerous, inconsiderate drivers out there. People trying to do other stuff like talking on a phone, texting, eating, fixing their hair or makeup, when they should only be focused on driving safely. Over-population and oodles more over-sized pickup trucks & SUVs doesn't help matters much either.

    Solution: Expect that everyone is going to do something stupid, instead of expecting people to follow the laws of the road. You constantly have to watch out for the other guy.
