Is it normal that i remember my dreams the same as my normal memories?

Is it normal that my memories of dreams i've had (recent or old), are just as vivid as my memories of things that have actually happened?
I usually remember my dreams, and most of the time they are really really vivid. (side note: I have been suffering from sleep problems for a while now). I Was thinking about a dream I had a while ago when suddenly I realised that there was actually no substantial difference between my dream memories and my real memories. My dream memories feel just as real.

Is that normal?

Sometimes, I have hard time distinguishing reality from the dreaming world.

I have the same thing. But some of them are fake and mix into reality so i have no idea if they're real or not. But anyway: normal.

For starters id just like to point out you remembered 18 specific things from your dream when most everyone cant even remember if they had a dream or not. Well done. As for the question i believe no one wants to feel like part of a croud; including yourself i take it. You just want to stick out more then the others around you and in turn make yourself uniquely diverse. It is totally normal.

Sorry. It transfered my answer from a different question. My apologies.

  • I remember them really well too but I can usually tell the difference because my dreams are too bizarre to happen in the waking world.

Hm... Sounds both fascinating and dangerous.

But I'll go with "no". You should see someone about this.
