Is it normal that i always feel like i wanna fall in love and be in a relationship but everytime a guy i like says that he likes me i reject him? I really dont know why i do that and ive lost many of my guy freinds because of it

    I did this I might even still do it's been a while since someone showed interest but I realised I do this as a defence mechanism, I'm not exactly my biggest fan so if I don't like myself I figured that I should let anyone get close enough to figure me out, but thegypsysailor was right too. There are loads of reasons someone might do this only you can figure out why you do it

    This is a defense mechanism. Somehow it has been instilled in you that all relationships will eventually fail, causing you pain. Therefore, you do not allow your feelings to develop for these guys, to protect yourself.
    Quite often this manifests itself as a fear of commitment, in guys.
    Your best course of action would be to ignore this pattern and go for it; have a relationship and if and when it does end, you will tighten your belt and dive in for a second time, and a third, fourth, etc.
    The good times normally outweigh the bad and at the end you won't be lying on your death bed regretting the things you didn't do.
