Is it normal that i really want to loose weight>

Ok so i know im not fat its just i feel like i have put a bit of weight on lately and i really wanna be skinny! I have tryed but can never manage and i really want to loose weight?

    If you're not fat and you want to "be skinny" -- I notice that you did NOT write that you want to "be healthy" -- then you might want to question why you want to lose weight and how you want to do it.

    It's normal to want to achieve a healthy body weight. If you're already at a healthy weight, it's normal to want to tone and tighten. It's even normal to want to be a little on the thin side. But "I really wanna be skinny" probably isn't a physically healthy goal.

    Even models don't look like models, so don't deny yourself good health in an effort to look like an airbrushed image. Focus on "I wanna be healthy" over "I wanna be skinny." :)

        High schoolers feeling peer pressure from idiots are important too, and believe it or not they can also understand reason too. Talking to them like adults capable of rational thought will make them act more maturely.

    It's normal some of us always feel fat and losing weight is amazing because it means you have control of your life but the thing is you will never be satisfied. The important thing is to be comfortable in your own skin no matter what size you are., easier said than done but you gotta start somewhere.

    it's so simple, you don't have to worry about starving itself, jut 1-3 hours of exercise per day, and enough food to fill ur belly. if u like sports it's even easier I spend 1-3 hours playing that, if u don't, just jog until ur dead tired everyday.
