Is it normal that i really like holding hands with my cousin?

My cousin (we'll call her Megan but that's not her real name) and I have held hands since we were both little. I have NO SEXUAL INTEREST WHATSOEVER in Megan, but we've always done it. If I had to ride a scary old elevator and Megan was on it with me, you'd find us holding hands. Same for most rides at the fair. Sometimes we'll even just hold hands for fun. But the thing is, I REALLY enjoy holding hands with Megan. Her hands are super soft and just wonderful for holding.

The reason I question this is because Megan was in town last year and passed out on the couch with her hand open. I tried but I absolutely couldn't resist the temptation anymore. I silenced both of our phones and locked the door, and just sat there for probably an hour holding her hand. And I loved every second of it. Looking back I feel like that was really creepy, but considering our long history of holding hands when she fully knew what we were doing, I don't really know.

    Why did I lock the door and silence the phones if you have no sexual interest. Is she the gender you are normally into?
