I work and study, my boyfriend and I have been dating for 2 years now, I have friends. But I like to spend one day per week, at least 5 hrs just playing the sims 3.
I feel that I'm too old for it, also childish.
Ur thoughts?
it's not childish it's a fun game for all ages originally meant for architects to simulate life in the houses they design. don't feel weird i've heard of people in their 50s who play runescape and animal crossing...
Dude my grandpa plays morrowind about 4 hours a day, and hes 70. So your pretty normal dude.
There's people much older than you who absolutely obsess over it. I'm 35 and I obsess over it! ;-) (I've been playing since TS1, and before the first Expansion Pack.)
I like to use it for the story writing aspect, but I really enjoy working hard at making perfect faces in it. (Especially since I didn't put in any work with face-making in TS2, so it haunts me in TS3!)
I have a Sims phase now and again too. It's fun. And there's no age limit on fun.
I FEEL YOUR PAIN ENTIRELY. I think you're very normal. I, I for one, know that I will love and play the Sims 2 regularly until I am old with little grandkids
I havent played sims 3 but I like sims 1 and I"m 39. I haven't played it in a while though, but I don't think you're childish. Just don't play it more hours a day than you sleep.
