    Im having the same problem!
    I hate one of my friends and i dont hang out with her
    If they Ask you to hang just tell them your busy!

    I understand you cant ALWAYS be busy but maybe
    Dont anserw them and they might stop asking you
    To hang out and stuff

    well if you don't like them, it's absolutely normal.

    my way of doing something that takes nerves, you know... is that i just say to myself "don't be a pussy" and do it. ;D
