Is it normal that i read proana blogs and look at thinspo but....

I don't have an eating disorder. I eat when I'm hungry there is no problem with it. I just like to read proana blogs and things, and I look at thinspo a lot because I plan to get more fit and in shape. I'm obviously not anorexic because I'm not even thin.

As long as you're careful not to get swept away with it, too many vulnerable girls get far too obsessed with this idea of "skinny perfection".

I'm 5'4 and weight 130 and I also read proana blogs, it isn't all that common, but I'm sure it's normal.

As a naturally skinny person, I find proana stuff to be really crazy and dumb. Why would anyone WANT to be super skinny? I want to be normal/thin/fit. I think there are better inspirations for you than those whack-jobs.

"I'm obviously not anorexic because I'm not thin" that's BS, someone doesn't have to be uber thin to be anorexic, according to the latest DSM and plain old common sense, it is defined by behaviors.
But no, you're not anorexic. Which is awesome :)

I think you are reading it out of pure interest. Its honestly fascinating to look at those sites b/c of how excessive the content is. That doesn't mean that you are 'weird' or going to become anorexic yourself. But as stated in the comment above, be careful b/c they can be triggering.
