When u go lay down to go to bed, try to relax there for a moment, close ur eyes, exhale, relect on ur day and try to visualise what u want to know. tell urself u want to dream about it as u relax there b4 u nod off.

Kind of like people who dont nees an alarm to wake up. they just tell themselves they want to wake up at whatever time and it works!

Only schizophrenics don't dream. You're not remembering your dreams. You can program yourself to remember then by giving yourself a suggestion before you retire. Also, keep a dream diary next to your bed and write down anything you remember. Evan fragments are important.

People that don't dream typically have brain lesions; which is something I imagine you would know about if you had them. You probably do dream, but just remember none of them, it's very common.

I hardly ever dream. But when I do it's usually a dream where something really bad happens. Usually When I'm sick or stressed I think. When I'm stressed its usually dreams about looking for someone that I can't find. Real panic like. Ad when I'm sick it's usually dreams about really abstract shapes that move weird. Like a sphere covered in fuzz. Eww. Or rooms shrinking and expanding randomly. Really quezy like.

Dreaming is a cyclic process, most people have numerous dreams in one night. So it is highly likely that you dream but simply don't remember them. People who have low/no recall of their dreams may be those who have difficulty with tasks involving visual imagination. At worst, there may be some kind of chemical imbalance at work. Apparently some recent research has shown that some people, specifically those with very low visuospatial skills, may not actually have dreams. It would still be rare though.
