Is it normal that i randomly get these pains?

Once in a while I get these awful pains in my shoulders. They feel as if someone just hit me with something so hard and I have to lay down to make the pain stop. The pain feels as if it's in my bones and it happens in both shoulders and it's just awful! I've told my parents, but they don't do anything to help, so I don't know what to do. Help?
