Is it normal that i question everything?

My life is confusing, thanks to my parents. But it's not they're fault, they are only telling me the truth and that's good but I grew up living in two different worlds. Like, when I went to school I'd live as a normal kid and and laugh and chat to my friends, but when I went home, I'd learn that everything I had seen each day was a lie. For example; say I'd hear something on the news and then my parents would talk about how it's a lie and then say the truth, and when you're a kid you believe almost everything your parents say. So hearing lies and truth each day, I think really effects a childs development. I don't know, but now I still question everything and it's hard because I don't see the point of life any more.

It's good to question everything. So unless it's a problem, or you have a hard time believing literally anything, then there's probably no need to see anyone. Is it a problem for you?
It's a bit hard to comment without knowing the information your parents were giving you. If they were skeptical of the media and what you learned in school, that might be healthy. Very few media outlets are reliable sources of information, and in some areas the school system is probably not great either.
But if they were substituting that stuff for wacko, crazy "truths", then it could be a problem. So in your own judgment, how different is their version of reality from the one you get from other sources? And are you able to make up your own mind about things? Or are you caught between these two radically different versions of reality?
It sounds like they're probably just skeptical people who think for themselves, question everything and want you to be the same - and that's good.
Normal? I don't know. Maybe not for the average person.
