Is it normal that i pop my back a lot?
I pop my back every day up to ten times! I soot a lot. I pop my knuckles, back, hips, knees, ankles, toes, elbows, shoulders, neck, and wrists. I really could use some help. It that normal? Lately I have been noticing that not many other people do this. Please tell me what I should do or if its normal or not.
