Ok, embarrassing I know. Every time I'm having sex with a girl, and I reach ejaculation, I lose control of my sphincter muscle and poo. I have been having this problem for about two years now, and it has got to the stage where it gets in the way of me entering any serious commitments.
I am too embarrassed to go to the doctor. Is there anyone else out there who is experiencing this? Any advice?

    You're going to have to go to a doctor if you want this fixed/treated. Trust me, they've seen/heard worse.

    this is cureabile. talk to a doc! its not that bad and more common then you think :)! or try pooping before sex and rinsing your bum hole with a shower wand... that might help :)
