I know! I amazed when I pull out a short tiny hair, and then a hair that is 1/4 inch long comes out.
It takes forever. And it's not for keeping my lets smooth. I shave for that. But there are spots that just don't grow back for a long ass time.
I do the same. It feels good to me and I love seeing the root of the hair.
Ingrown hairs suck. Plucking gets rid of what shaving won't. Help my OCD and depression. Much better alternative to cutting. Normal for me and others who have issues like me.
I do that, too, partly because I hope that maybe it'll make the hair grow back slower. Alas, no such luck.
It might just be because I have extra hairy legs but wouldn't that take too long?
You should get an epilator. it gives the same results but much faster. do some research on them. i have a panasonic
Youch. I dunno whether or not that's NORMAL, per se. It does sound painful.
I do it most on my shins. And I totally get a weird sort of satisfaction from it... Almost...sexual?
I think it's a bit on the neurotic side, but I hope it's not that abnormal because I have dabbled in similar.
It sounds like Trichotillomania. I have it too but it's only with my eyebrows. Usually when I do it I'm not aware of doing it. It's sometimes rather painful but there's something wonderfully soothing from it. The only downside is that it makes a very visible bald spot and it's embarrassing:/
