Is it normal that i pee twice a day?

    It makes sense that if you only drink at specific times that you will pee at specific times. A regular intake of fluids is important to keep healthy, as bacteria is removed from your body when you urinate. If you don't drink as much as you should, your body won't have gotten rid of the germs in your body, which could lead to illnesses.

    Dear jeezus! You pee AND drink liquid?!! That's WAY not normal!! I mean you can't pee AND drink LIQUID!!

    The most I pee is 3 times a day and the less is zero.

        Ahh, it's not that, then. When I drank spirits, I could be down to one pee a day because of the dehydration. My kidneys must have been screaming.
