Is it normal that i panic when i eat?

Whenever I eat food I panic because I don't want it inside me, I want to be completely empty. I keep eating even though I don't want to, and then I go crazy, run around, start crying and panicking, and drink loads of water. Am I normal, or might I have an eating disorder, or something else?

    I know where you're coming from. I too used to suffer from an eating disorder. You may not know it, but this sounds to me like some kind of anxiety disorder (and eatin disorders fall into that category). I am a much happier and healthier person now since I got help. I haven't gained a pound, but feel completely liberated and can eat what I want, when I want. Your life should not center around food. You need to be living: seeing the world, learning new things, having fun with your friends. Food is only something that gives you the energy to do all these other thigns. Please, talk to a professional. Don't give up. There is a better life out there for you. Good luck.

    hey I am very worried about you. As the top comment said 'These are the early signs of anneroxic.' So be careful. Try eating food you like..say pizza(Just an example) or if you just hate all kinds of food..start off with yogurts and then eat more and more food and drink water too..Anyway i think you are much too anxious about something to eat ur food if it's a different case...share your probs with your family and trusted friends or just type it down on IIN? and see whta advice you get..hope my advice works

    Ppl are hella rude of course it's normal I'm the same way but I made sure I was 100% empty I did the lemon cleanse diet it works amazing eating I'd gross I don't want that nasty shit in my body ewwwww I agree with you
