Is it normal that i overeat when stressed

i hate this stupid habit of eating crap when im trying to lose weight sweating at the gym all week and not being able to resist stupid junk crap just because i am in pain or stressed or upset. how to get rid of this stupid destructive habit? i hate it!

    ^ True! When ever you feel stressed about life besides the fact of actual physical pain, go for a walk! Hey, your excersising a d getting away from the junkfood that way you have enough time to think about what you need to do. What you want isn't important it's what you need. You need the healthy food. Eat to live don't live to eat.

    ^ Agreed, snack on healthier foods. Fruit, nuts, salad etc. Or drink protein shakes with water, that will stop you getting hungry. As for the stressed out part, force yourself to do something different. I've just had a ridiculous drive home and am hopping mad, so I'm going to get on my push bike and go for a kick ass ride, till I cool off :)

    In your house that you like, and also
    Fill you up. If you hate healthy food
    And prefer junk food just remember
    How damn hard you worked your ass
    Off at the gym!
