Is it normal that i only trust one person?

As the title states, there is really only one person that I trust at all: my history teacher. She has been so kind to me and helped me through thick and thin even when others ignored me completely. She's really the only one I know who hasn't hurt me badly before, and because of this, I trust her and only her. Is it normal?

In my experience you never can truly know anybody else as to how they really are on the inside. I only trust one person as well, myself. I still put a lot of faith in other people but deep down I trust no one.

definition of trust: belief that someone or something is reliable, good, honest, effective, etc.

Looks like a made up word now that I think about it.

It's good that u have a teacher that is so good to you and that they r someone to whom u can look up too and lean on! Some ppl feel they have no one but it's also good to have a few ppl whom u can trust so if your teacher isn't available when u need her/him there's other support for u.
