Is it normal that i only saw the dress as black and blue?

My sister saw the dress as gold and yellow. I can only see it as black and blue, regardless the way I turn the screen. Its based off the way your eyes see it. I only see it one way though.

    I don't know, but I'm out of toilet paper. Would said dress make a nice rag to wipe my ass with?
