Is it normal that i only know one girl that is a good friend?

I've just turned 18 but I've decided to have my party in a few weeks because of college. I noticed that I'm only inviting one girl around for my party (she told me she didn't mind), compared to about 15 or so guys.

I then noticed this is the only girl that I really know well enough to invite to my 18th. I do talk to girls in class and through other friends but I don't know them well enough to invite over.

Do any of you have a very uneven male / female friendship group? (I'm a straight male BTW).

    I'm like that myself. I always tend to have more male friends than females.

    I am a female and mmost of my friends (I have not many by the way) are males.

    Your birhtday party can be a good start to make some new female friend. Invite those girls you tallk in class and ask your female friend to bring a friend. It can only be good
