Is it normal that i only have to pee if i'm in the kitchen?

If my bladder is full and I really have to pee, I don't feel anything. But the minute I step into the kitchen or bathroom I almost pee myself. Then when I leave to go to another room it just goes away. Is this normal?

    Lol. The same happens to me when I need a cig. I got outside and immediatly need a piss. So I jsut go to the flower beds XD Saves on water
