Is it normal that i only eat two meals a day?

I think i starve myself but i'm not sure, maybe its because i'm just not hungry. A normal day for me consists of breakfast usually a glass of milk or a banana, i'll skip lunch because i'm very self conscious and don't like eating infront of people, i'll come home and have a little meal, if not then I would have a chocolate or milk. I don't know whats wrong with me, i hate getting attention to myself so i avoid it as much as possible but people say i'm going to die if i don't eat more but i do eat just not as much right? :\

    I eat only when I feel hungry, and then whatever amount of food is required to fill me up.

    Spotlight effect. If you're not an obnoxious and rude eater, then chances are that nobody's going to judge you on the way you eat. On your dieting habits, I think you should see a specialist about this because, from what I gleaned, you are not eating enough calories per day. Seriously, get help now before it gets worse, cause it's possible that you have an eating disorder.

    I do not eat breakfast or lunch, only dinner. But I usually have a HUGE dinner after I work out, and I eat several small snacks throughout my day, along with protein supplements. You don't have to eat in front of people if you don't want to, just sneak in several small snacks when nobody is around. Don't, however, starve yourself, that damages your health more than you know!

  • Sometimes 2 meals is enough, I only have 1 a day & that's me over my eating disorder. It's just what fills yoo up I guess x

    I use to (and still do sometimes) avoid certain situations which end up in me not being able to eat. I usually don't eat lunch because I forget...sometimes I don't eat breakfast because I'm too lazy although I've been trying to. You should take a little snack with you where ever you go.

    -Your breakfast is fine.
    -Take a bag of almonds with you to work, and snack on it.
    -Grill a steak\chicken breast for dinner.

    Not eating 3 meals a day will eventually make you fat because it slows down your metabolism and your body will store every extra calorie you have. As time goes by you will gain weight.
