Is it normal that i only cry when i watch movies/tv?

I never cry. I'm not a very sensitive person at all, and when I'm sad or upset I don't cry either
But I literally bawl when i watch movies and tv shows. I cry at sad and happy parts or really anything. Like a scene won't even be that happy/sad and i'll start bawling. Even just the music or someone smiling will make me bawl.
but I can't even remember the last time I cried at real life. like anything orher than movies/tv.
is it normal that i get this emotional while watching movies/tv?

    How about:
    Click - Adam Sandler
Pursuit of Happyness - Will Smith
Blood Diamond - Leonardo De Inception
    Eternal Sunshine - Jim Carrey

Some movies/tv shows can be pretty emotional. Ever seen "The Perks of Being a Wallflower?" That movie made me want to cry because of how sad and empathetic it was to me.

To be honest I just thought the plot was boring and typical. I read the book too (which I honestly thought was worse than the movie). Just really boring with no real significance to the story. I'm not really into love stories either. The movie had really bad acting aswell.

I was thinking that was the case and I could easily see that. I mean yeah it was sort of typical. I can understand where you're coming from.

yeah, I mean I know a lot of people like that stuff, but it just really bores me.
