Ive only seen him twice in the past three weeks. At the beginning of our relationship I saw him like everyday. I like him a lot but this is pointless. Should I just break up with him? I mean whats the point in being with someone you never see?
If he isn't making the same amount of effort as you then you need to move on.
Is he busy that its hard to make time for you or doesn't he bother to see you? Some couples go along period of time without seeing each other
I was with this girl for a few years (four or five), and when we started our relationship, I'd hear from her every day. This was actually normal for the majority of the relationship. But one year, I noticed she started to not text me as much as she used to. I thought "That's fine. I can't expect to ALWAYS hear from her." and I let it go.
A missed day or two, turned into a week, then two weeks, then three. Finally, it got to the point where I wasn't even hearing from her once a month. It was clear to me that I was making far more effort in the relationship than she was, but I still let it go because she continually said "I've just been busy." and I accepted her answer, because I loved her and trusted she felt the same.
I was a f**king idiot.
She broke up with me, telling me she no longer had feelings for me.
That whole situation f**ked me up bad; I don't even value commitment anymore, because I can't see a point to it.
DO NOT let this slide. If you want to be with this guy, and he claims to want to be with you, then he needs to put in the effort to actually do so. If he doesn't have time to spend with you, or talk with you, then he doesn't have time for a relationship.
The same goes if the situation is reversed.
