Hi, i just got 18 and i really considered, is it normal that i NEVER had a girlfriend? I grew up with my mom and sister, my father left us when i was young so i didin't have someone to talk about, you know, man stuff.
I don't think that i'm ugly, stupid or something, only i'm very shy. All my friends already had even few girlfriends, almost all of them had sex but i never even kissed a girl, but i wan't it sooo badly. What should i do? How will girl react, that i don't know how to kiss? How to defeat my fear and shy? And most important - is it normal?
P.S. sorry for my english, i know it's horrible, but i hope you will understand what i wanted to say.

    Well I'm in the same boat and I've read stories on here about people who are older and also share a cabin with us. When it comes to shyness though, I think the best way to beat is just stop caring about what people think. Some people will hate you, some people will like you, but in the end we'll all die. So take whatever opportunity comes your way and be yourself.

    It's not normal to me, but I know that it's common, so I guess in the grand scheme of things it's pretty normal.
    As far as being shy, don't worry about it, just let things come to you and try not to overthink the situation. It will all be alright!

    hahahaha don't worry so much, they may have done a lot as teenagers but believe me, they weren't doing it right when being that young. You are not that far behind, trust me, from an adult's perspective, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, it's all the same. All the fuzz is just inside your head.

    ugh, anything 18 or younger isn't even anything serious, it's just a bunch of kids having fun or lusting for each other. And High School girls are the freaking worst for relationships, except when it comes to sex, which ironically is ALL guys 18 and under are looking for out of a relationship anyways.

    I know its hard when your shy I used to be like that but the best way is just tell a girl you meet be honest if you thinks she is pretty or Hot tell her that youll be surprised how shell really like it compliment her on her eyes or Hair that will get it started then ask her if she would like to go out or hook up .

      Thanks everybody for your comments, and you are right, i shouldn't care about people i don't know. Like it's popular to say these days - yolo :D
      By the way, i didin't get the straigth answer, how will react, that i don't know how to kiss? Any girls here, how would You react?

        well juts lean in and try kiss her but nor forcefully and if she reciprocates then she likes ya ;) if not then you know to stop lol ^-^ idk how to kiss either I'm a girl and only ever kissed one guy.

    Very normal! I don't know who has voted not normal. You're only 18. When you meet someone and it's right, then you will find that the things you're worrying about now aren't a big deal. A girl who is a good and considerate person will be understanding and patient.
