Everybody dreams every single night but sometimes we don't even remember anything about it.
wow, thats wierd.. dreaming is one of my favorite things to do! but i rarely remember them.
Some people just don't dream. It also means you're getting restful sleep if you're not dreaming usually.
No dreams...what never...really? You are missing out on a whole realm of wonder.
Hmm I don't think it's normal when comparing to the masses but I guess it could be considered healthy. When you sleep your mind isn't restless.
I am the same way, it's just like blinking and it is hours later. I thought I was the only one! holy shit!
Do you snore? I heard somewhere that people who snore, don't usually dream.
Or... it could be that you either aren't in a deep enough state, or maybe you really are, but just don't remember when you wake up.
You dream every night whether you know it or not. I didn't think it was possible to never remember your dreams, but I guess it could be. It's just very rare.
I wish I was you. Takes me hours to get to sleep. Always dreaming as well. Your lucky.
You'd die if you never had REM sleep. Just ask someone to wake you up when they see your eyes start moving beneath your eyelids (about 72 min in sleep I think), and you'll wake up remembering a vivid dream.
You definitely have dreams and I don't know where this 8 -10 is coming from dreams are incredibly short you can easily have over a hundred a night wiki dreams or sleep
Maybe your dreams ARE about blackness, therefore confusing the living hell out of you.
I once read that people have about 12 dreams per night, but most of them are erased completely the second they wake up. I have a memorable dream about once every 2 weeks.
You don't have to remember dreams to be having them. Do you get enough rest at night or are you tired during the day? Do you eat/drink a lot of anything, like caffeine, sugar or alcohol? Those can affect sleep quality. If you're tired during the day, tell your doctor. Dreams & the most restful part of sleep are part of the REM stage. Having neither could mean you're not getting to REM, which could be due to a variety of factors. Again, doctor!
